PREIC grew out of The Pityn Organization, founded by Eliott Pityn in 2016 on a simple conviction: that real estate, done with discipline, is one of the most reliable ways to build and preserve wealth. What began with a single undervalued property has grown into a diversified portfolio of more than $100 million across several Canadian provinces.

We align our incentives with our investors at every stage — from underwriting through disposition. The same team that identifies each property renovates, leases, and operates it, so accountability never leaves the building.

Eliott Pityn

President & CEO

Mr. Pityn serves as the President and Chief Executive Officer of PREIC, a vertically integrated real estate investment firm with over $100 million in assets under management. Under his leadership, the firm has built a diversified portfolio comprising more than 600 multifamily units across high-growth Canadian markets. With over a decade of real estate experience, Mr. Pityn is recognized for his conservative underwriting, rigorous asset selection, and strict focus on cash-flowing, income-producing properties. His investment philosophy centers on value-add strategies, long-term capital preservation, and optimizing risk-adjusted yields.
