Terms of Use
Last updated: June 2026
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website and investor portal operated by PREIC Capital (“PREIC”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By accessing or using the site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
No offer of securities
The content on this site is provided for general informational purposes only. Nothing on this site constitutes an offer to sell, or a solicitation of an offer to buy, any security, nor shall there be any sale of securities in any jurisdiction in which such an offer or sale would be unlawful. Any offering of securities is made only to qualified investors pursuant to formal offering documents and the applicable prospectus exemptions under Canadian securities law. Please review our Important Disclosures.

The site is intended for adults of the age of majority. Access to the investor portal and to offering materials is restricted to investors who meet applicable eligibility requirements. You agree that any information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to provide it.
Permitted use
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the site for lawful, personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to:
- use the site in any way that violates applicable law or these Terms;
- attempt to gain unauthorized access to any account, system, or data;
- interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the site;
- copy, reproduce, scrape, or redistribute content except as expressly permitted; or
- use the site to transmit malware or engage in fraudulent activity.
Investor portal and account security
If you are issued access to the investor portal, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. We may suspend or terminate access at our discretion to protect the security of the portal or to comply with our obligations.
Intellectual property
The site and its content — including text, graphics, logos, and the PREIC name and marks — are owned by or licensed to PREIC and are protected by intellectual-property laws. No rights are granted to you except the limited licence described above.
No professional advice
The information on this site does not constitute investment, financial, legal, tax, or accounting advice and should not be relied upon as such. You should obtain independent professional advice before making any investment decision.
Forward-looking statements
The site may contain forward-looking statements, including targeted returns and projections. These reflect current expectations, involve known and unknown risks and uncertainties, and are not guarantees of future performance. Actual results may differ materially.
Third-party links
The site may link to third-party websites, including affiliated PREIC properties. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party site, and a link does not imply endorsement.
Disclaimer of warranties
The site is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, PREIC and its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of (or inability to use) the site, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PREIC and its affiliates from any claims, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the site or your breach of these Terms.
Privacy
Your use of the site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that Province for any dispute arising from these Terms or the site.
