High Apartments is a 55-unit multifamily building located in Old South, London, Ontario — one of the city’s most desirable and well-regarded neighborhoods. The property is situated in a safe, established residential area with strong tenant demand and proximity to amenities, parks, and downtown London. We expect to acquire this asset before the end of 2026. Our post-close strategy focuses on two core value drivers: unit and common-area renovations — modernizing interiors and upgrading shared spaces to support higher rental rates and improved tenant retention — and solar-panel installation, which will reduce utility expenses to improve net operating income (NOI) and enhance long-term asset efficiency. Together, these initiatives are designed to increase gross income, lower operating costs, and grow overall property value.
